Hanging freely is perhaps the simplest but most effective of grow taller stretches. All you have to do is jump up and grasp a horizontal bar over your head and hang for as long as you can. Compression of the discs in the spinal structure due to gravity is the most common cause of lack of height. Several back problems and poor posture develop as a result of this compression. Easing this compression and allowing the inter-spinal discs to expand to their original size again is a proven way of increasing height and alleviating several back problems. Simply hang on to the bar or swing back and forth till your grips run out of strength. Be careful and land softly on the floor. If you land hard after 2-3 minutes of hanging it could cause immense pain in your spine. If you feel any discomfort by hanging freely for long, reduce the duration next time.
