Stress Can Be Eliminated If Your Stop Procrastination!

One of the best ways to reduce stress in your life is often to stop procrastinating those jobs and tasks that you keep putting off. It actually takes more energy to deal with the worry and stress of thinking about some of these things than it would take to just do them.
If you have some unpleasant or difficult tasks that you have been putting off because you dread doing them, it can help to sit down and get them prioritized. Just getting them into a concrete list can often help motivate you to begin working on them. Then, once you have a list, start breaking the tasks into smaller milestones, which can help keep you from becoming overwhelmed by large tasks that might take a long time.
If there are some simple tasks on the list that you have been procrastinating simply because you didn’t have time to do them, try setting aside fifteen minutes each day that you devote to doing the small things. If you get into the habit of this, you will be amazed how much you can accomplish, and how much better you will feel. Many times you can actually finish a task or even several tasks in fifteen minutes, and sometimes this is just the motivation you need to continue working on larger tasks as well.
